Blu and I were walking through the castro this morning on the way to the bookstore, when we suddenly found ourselves in Imagiknit. Given that dangerous and expensive things happen whenever I walk into this store, perhaps I should have taken a diffrent route (no way!).
I told myself that I was only trying to ascertain if they carried the scrumptious alpaca that Peter bought me a skein of for Christmas (which they do! That silver skein in the bottom of the basket will be mine.) and preceeded to fondle yarn free of guilt.
But then I saw the lace shrug, and had to find the pattern....which lead to Jo Sharp's new book hitting me over the head and demanding to be taken home. It was very persistant, and I was unable to resist (because I was there to resist yarn not books, and I was headed to the bookstore after all.)
Good thing that all of it is lovely. I can't decide what to do first...help please!

And thats like 1/10 of the patterns. Very exciting, my summer knitting now has a purpose, and something to keep my legs warm while at the park.
