Feeling Gray

The sudden lack of fog must be getting to me. Both of my new projects are shades of grey. One is the color of a thick fog, while the other is just like its name "polar morn". I'm feeling a little gray myself recently and these are fitting my mood perfectly.

I just love that the words "gray" and "grey" can be used interchangeably, this happens so rarely in English. Actually thats the only example I know, but there is probably others.

All that garter and stockinette stitch was starting to get to me, so I'm back to lace. Another shawl, this time in merino.

Come to think of it, Mondays are really just grey in and of themselves aren't they?
